Swiss Headache Society SHS

The Swiss Headache Society (SHS) was founded in 1995 and brings together specialists, primary care providers and scientists who work on the topic of headaches. Its aim is to promote research, diagnosis and treatment of headaches and to pass on the latest knowledge to medical doctors, patients and scientists. The aim is also to raise awareness that there are optimal treatments for the widespread problem of headaches.
The SHS has about 150 members. Its trilingual website www.headache.ch is equally aimed by specialists and patients.

Swiss Pain Society SPS

Goal of the non-profit organization "Swiss Pain Society (SPS)" (formerly known as SGSS) is intended on the one hand to promote research in the field of pain therapy. On the other hand, it wants to support the exchange of scientific knowledge and practical experience in the field of clinical work as well as teaching and further education, especially throughout Switzerland.
Its members, as well as non-members or interested parties, are offered a portal to approach the topic of pain as a multifaceted phenomenon. They can benefit from information on scientific and clinical content in the field of pain therapy as well as links to specific institutions related to pain.
